Ready to plan your next family vacation?

You've done enough researching. Here's exactly what happens when you hand it off, from the first call to the moment you walk out the door with everything already handled.

WE START WITH A CALL

I don't send instant quotes. Here's why.

A quote without context is just a number. Your family's ages, pace, past trips, and what "a good vacation" actually means to you change every recommendation I make. Guessing at that from a form would waste your money and my expertise.

So every trip starts with a conversation.

MY PROCESS

from first call to fully booked

01. Tell me about your trip Fill out a short inquiry form. Just the basics: who's traveling, when, and where you're dreaming in the direction of. Two minutes, not twenty questions.

02. The Dream Call A 20-minute conversation where I learn your family's pace, what your kids are into right now, what went wrong on past trips, and what success looks like for you. This is where the handoff happens.

03. Secure your place in my planning queue. After the call, a planning deposit secures your spot and starts the design work on your custom proposal.

04. Your custom proposal Within 2 to 3 business days, you receive tailored options built specifically around your family. Never copy-paste, never a list of links to research yourself.

05. Book it and breathe Light revisions are included. Once you choose, I handle every booking, reservation, and detail from there. You're supported by email all the way through your travel dates, before, during, and after the trip.

ASHLEY

A first Disney cruise for a large group, multi-household family

What She Came to Me With:

Their first Disney cruise, multiple households traveling together, and no idea which sailing fit or who was supposed to book what.

What I Designed:

The right sailing for their multi-gen family, staterooms sorted, every reservation handled, and a countdown of emails leading up to sail day so they always knew what was coming next. Plus each household paid me directly, so nobody had to chase a sibling for money or know everyone's business.

In Her Words:

Laina made the entire planning experience seamless! We had a large group and she was able to work closely with us to arrange everything perfectly. Her communication was always prompt and we felt very at ease knowing she had our best interests at heart!

QUICK ANSWERS

Before you have to ask…

How far out should I start? For Disney World and Disney Cruise Line, 6 to 12 months ahead opens the most doors. Closer than that, reach out anyway. Part of what you're hiring is someone who knows what's still possible.

Do you only plan Disney? Disney World and Disney Cruise Line are my specialty, and I design Universal, all-inclusive, and international family trips with the same process.

What if we've never done a trip like this? First-timers are my favorite to plan for. I’m here every step of the way to help guide you on what’s important. You'll get a countdown of what's coming and when, so nothing sneaks up on you!

What if I already booked? Can you still help me?

Yes! For those who have booked already, I offer different levels of planning packages ranging from basic itinerary planning to concierge-level care. We can also discuss if it’s possible to transfer your booking to my care at no additional cost.
